FMSchemaIQ analyzes the structural information contained in your DDR:

• Tables, fields, and relationships
• Scripts, layouts, and value lists
• Accounts, privilege sets, and configuration metadata

We do not access live database records or end-user data.

DDR files are processed securely within the FMSchemaIQ platform to generate analysis reports. Some parsing and visualization may also run locally in your browser for performance and privacy.

Generated reports are encrypted at rest and isolated to your account. If you opt in to retain the original DDR XML, it is encrypted and scoped to your account, and is removed automatically when you delete the report. Passwords detected in ODBC connection strings are stripped before storage.

• Reports may automatically expire based on your account plan and retention policy.
• You can manually delete any report at any time from your dashboard.
• Deleting a report also removes any optional retained DDR XML associated with it.

• Review your DDR before upload and avoid unnecessary secrets, API keys, tokens, or confidential production data where possible.
• Always validate changes in a development or testing environment before modifying production systems.
