You retain all ownership rights to the DDR files and related intellectual property you upload to FMSchemaIQ. Uploading a DDR does not transfer any ownership of your data, schema, or system to FMSchemaIQ. We process this content solely to deliver the analysis, reporting, and account features you request.

Insights produced by FMSchemaIQ are automated and should not be treated as professional, legal, or technical advice. For important decisions, consult a qualified FileMaker developer or consultant.

We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of results. Generated reports reflect what is present in the uploaded DDR and may not capture every aspect of your system.

Findings from FMSchemaIQ — including broken references, unused objects, change impact, and architecture recommendations — are intended as guidance. Always validate changes in a development or testing environment before modifying production systems.

You are responsible for:

• Having the proper rights and permissions to upload and analyze the DDR file.
• Reviewing your DDR before upload and avoiding unnecessary secrets, API keys, tokens, or confidential production data where possible.
